This is an easy way to make a frittata. In fact, it is so easy, everyone can have his or her own version.

Vegetable and Meat Filling Version 3 - Denver Frittata

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 ℉
Frittata Base
Combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to a small mixing bowl; whisk the mixture until smooth
Melt the butter in a 16 oz ramekin in the microwave
Add olive oil to the ramekin
Swirl the butter around the ramekin to coat the bottom and sides
Frittata Filling
Add the vegetables and meat (if using) to the bottom of the prepared ramekin; spread them evenly on the bottom
Pour the egg and cream mixture into the ramekins
Add the cheese(s) to the ramekin and distribute evenly using a fork; make sure all of the cheese is submerged in the egg
Baking the Frittata
Place the ramekin on the middle rack of the oven; bake for 15 minutes
Move the ramekin to the top rack (6 inches from the top) bake for another 5 minutes or until the middle of the frittata has set and is golden brown
Remove from the oven and let set for 2-3 minutes
